  • How do I make a booking?

    Please call the office to make a booking. There’s a convenient text message option available for booking enquiries.

  • When can I drop off/pick up my pet?

    Drop off and pick up times are strict:

    Monday to Friday: 7am – 10am & 3pm – 6pm

    Saturday: 7am – 10am only

    Sunday: 3pm – 6pm only

  • Can I bring my pet’s toys and bedding?

    You are welcome to bring anything you feel would make your pet more comfortable during their stay with us.

  • What do I need when checking my pet into the retreat?

    You will need to provide a current vaccination certificate on check-in. Cats need an F3 certificate and dogs need a C5.

  • What meal options are available for my pet?

    Red Carpet Pet Retreat feeds our guests high-quality grain-free pet food during their stays. We will work with you to accommodate any special dietary requirements.

  • Will my pet have playtime and exercise?

    Dogs are given 4 run times throughout the day to keep them active and happy. Cats have access to an enclosed garden to explore and relax. This time is 1:1 with staff.

  • Are you able to administer medications to my pet?

    Yes. Medications are administered free of charge if required.
